About the Constructive Conversations Program

What is the constructive conversations program?

Our Constructive Conversations Program provides independent conflict management professionals to help participants engage in constructive conversations and reach agreements in an informal, collaborative, and consensual manner.

What if no agreement is reached?

If no agreement is reached, Voluntas will assist in identifying the issues still in dispute and exploring possible next steps. Our goal is to help you find a path forward, even if an immediate resolution is not achieved.

Is participation in the program voluntary?

Participation can be voluntary or part of an organisation’s dispute resolution process. We aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Is the program about discipline or blame?

No, the program focuses on resolving conflicts in a safe and constructive environment, free from blame or disciplinary actions. Our aim is to enable everyone to continue their valuable volunteer work without the burden of unresolved issues.

What happens if an agreement is reached?

If an agreement is reached, it may be documented and photocopied for your records. The agreement can be binding if the participants agree on implementation steps.
